Divya Corporation Infrastructure

Divya Corporation currently owns and operates three ISO 9001 : 2008 certified factories in Gujarat. All of them are well equipped with dedicated state – of – art machinery and skilled manpower. Two of the production and processing units are fully automatic and have fully automated facilities and high production machines. The third unit involves both the human resource and machines to produce premium quality peanuts and groundnuts. The sourced raw material is processed that is, cleaned, sorted and graded with the help of latest machines at these units. To maintain the quality, the products are fumigated and processed again before packing. The production capacity of the units is 200 metric tons per day.

Apart from this, we also have an Environment treatment unit and obey all the National Regional Environmental guidelines. We also comply by the International Labor guidelines and make sure that there is no forced or obligatory staff or workforce on the site.

Infrastructure

We have a reliable and refined infrastructure that is spread over a wide area and has a separate hulling and cleaning unit. We also have a warehouse and a processing unit at the Mundra Port where the shipments are processed and finally exported. All the units are provisioned with modern machinery for cleaning, hulling, grinding and packaging lines. Moreover, all the units and machinery are closely supervised by our technicians. So the process of production, harvesting and packing take place under the supervision of our skilled staff. Such a modern infrastructure works as a backbone for our organization and helps us in quality processing and packaging of our range of Indian spices.
